Welcome
Montego Cove is an “over 55” privacy gated, low-density condominium association community located in Stuart, Florida consisting of 30 residential buildings for a total 182 units.
The property was developed between 1984 and 1990 on 54 acres of natural terrain in a Mediterranean style characterized by picturesque red tiled barrel roofs and courtyards with wrought-iron gates. Courtyards have the personalized touch of each owner, be it flower or vegetable gardens, barbeque areas or wooden decks.  Its sophistication and charm blends with the tranquility of its natural surroundings that include two fishing lakes, a preserve area that remains unspoiled for native birds and wildlife.  These are the views residents enjoy from their windows and screened or glassed in lanais.  The garden units and villas are spread out over the richly landscaped acreage to allow for a blend of privacy and communication between neighbors.

Even with a low-density factor of less than four units per acre, you’ll feel as though you are living in a spacious single-family environment.  The designs of the individual units incorporate dramatic and unusual angles, thereby opening the home to the out of doors and maximizing views from windows and lanais.

Because life at Montego Cove was designed to be casual and relaxed, recreational enjoyment is a priority.  There is a spacious 7,000-foot clubhouse with a kitchen, lounging area, card room/library, billiard room, and a patio overlooking a heated pool and whirlpool spa.  The clubhouse serves as a focal point for the community with a social committee that coordinates a variety of activities.  In addition, there is a second pool and a screened cabana area, shuffleboard court, and two lighted regulation size tennis courts.
